JW York & Sons BBb tuba with Altieri carrying bag. Tuba was completely overhauled and customized in the late 1990s. Bell and preceding wrap has been nickel plated. Has a dent in the lead pipe (photo) and a wavy area in the bell where a dent has been removed (photo). Serial is 45XXX, dating to 1916. Comes with Schilke 59 and Conn-Helleberg 7B mouthpieces. Cleaned and checked over by our shop. A small Sousa medallion was added to the bell by the current owner and can be removed.
